How do I register for RedotPay?

Open the invite link, register with your email, enter the verification code, create a password, and complete the identity checks requested in the app.

How do I register and get the $5 reward?

Eligible new users can register through the invite link. RedotPay says the reward is for spending after card activation, is valid for 30 days, and cannot pay a card issuance fee.

What is the difference between a referral code and the card promo codes?

A referral code is entered during registration. REDOT10 is for an eligible virtual-card order, while REDOT100 is for an eligible physical-card order.

What if the RedotPay promo code is not working?

Confirm that the code matches the card type and that you are on the card-order screen, not the registration field. Stop if the final total does not change.
