How to Use the $5 Sign-Up Reward

RedotPay’s official help article explains that the $5 sign-up reward is for new users and is valid for 30 days from the date you receive it. It is separate from REDOT10, an independently reported card-order code.

What the reward is for

Once your RedotPay card is active, the $5 reward can be used for online or in-store purchases where your card is accepted. Think of it as a spending reward after setup, not as a way to skip card setup costs.

What it cannot pay for

RedotPay clearly says the $5 sign-up reward cannot be used to pay for the virtual card or physical card application fees. If you want to order a card, prepare a separate balance for any required card fee.

Card promo codes are separate

The $5 sign-up reward is not the same thing as a card promo code. Use the invite link for registration, then use the matching card promo code later if you order a card:

Do not enter REDOT10 or REDOT100 during sign-up. They are card-order promo codes, not registration codes. After your card is active, you can still use the $5 reward for supported purchases before it expires.

RedotPay’s official Help Center does not publish these two card codes. Use the current REDOT10 promo-code guide and confirm the displayed total before any non-refundable card payment.

Referral code versus REDOT10

The referral code and REDOT10 belong to different screens:

1. Registration: enter an optional referral code only while creating the account. RedotPay says it cannot be added after setup.
2. Virtual-card order: try REDOT10 only on an eligible card-order checkout.
3. Payment decision: accept the claimed discount only when the total visibly changes from $10 to $8 before payment.

How to check it

Open the RedotPay app and tap your $5 balance on the home screen. Then select USDs to view the reward details and expiry date.

Simple usage flow

1. Register with the invite link.
2. Complete account verification.
3. Activate your RedotPay card.
4. Check the $5 reward balance and expiry date.
5. Use it for a supported purchase before it expires.

Practical notes

Reward availability and card acceptance can vary by account, country, merchant, and RedotPay rules. Test with a small supported transaction first, and do not wait until the final day if you plan to use the reward.
